Motorcycle Oils

Oil is a vital part of your bike. People will pour thousands into a nice ride, then stick bargain oil into their crankcase. Good parts and machining are the foundation of your performance V-Twin, but what good are they if your oils leaves  you pushing your bike down the road.

There is also a lot of other misconceptions about V-Twins (especially Harleys) and oils. Usually these errors point to synthetics and the claim that they are "Too Slick". Some say if you don't use oil brand X,  that it is not designed for roller type bearings and they are to slick and the rollers don't roll, but they slide causing uneven wear. That really isn't true, usually the cause of what they are mentioning is too much oil pressure. With too much oil pressure on a Harley engine (or other roller bearing engines) it can force the cage into the face and not allow the rollers to spin.

We stock only the finest oils and lubricants for your V-Twin. Be sure and mention your preference when having your service done in our shop, or ask our parts personnel when making a purchase for your DIY oil change. We base the oil on the type of bike, the modifications done to the engine and your riding type.
