We ship to the United States Only. Shipping outside the US may be obtained by calling Parts at 1-208-664-8032

We will be shipping the order using Standard UPS Ground.

If you choose to upgrade your shipping you will need to submit a request. Lawrence's Inc. will notify you of your option(s) and inform you of the cost. You will need to approve upgrade before order will be shipped.

Occasionally shipping charges exceed normal expectations (due to weight and location), in these cases we reserve the right to contact you with the additional shipping surcharge, at which time you may either approve  the surcharge or cancel order (order will not ship until you respond).

Shipment for UPS and Parcel Post  is based on dimensional weight. Lawrence's always keeps the carton(s) size as small as practical.

 

Damaged Shipments
If the package you receive is damaged in shipping, do not refuse delivery. Contact Lawrence's and we will make the necessary arrangements.

 

Delivery Process
Delivery is based on availability of parts. Please allow 7 to 10 working days (not including Saturday or Sunday) for delivery of orders within the U.S.

Returns
You may return any unused item(s) within 90 days for an exchange or a full refund (less shipping and handling). Authorization is needed,  call to our Parts Department (1-208-664-8032).

Use the original carton and pack the merchandise securely. Enclose the invoice with a brief explanation for the return/exchange. Ship the package prepaid via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We do not accept return merchandise shipped COD.

A$7.00 restocking fee applies only after 90 days. For items with a manufactured warranty, please follow the instructions specified by the manufacturer.

Taxes

Will be collected at a rate of 6.0 % for Idaho customers only (All orders with Idaho shipping address).
